Mid-Century Modern Ravine Lookout
Our Mid-Century Ravine Lookout project, designed by best builder Jesse Sahlani, offers a timelessly contemporary exterior design style that provides the end user with stunning views of the ravine it overlooks. A low and wide roofline and pronounced overhangs create a proportion profile that echoes the contemporary and serene design intent. This result is supported by a cool silver gray stucco finish paired with a warm espresso composite siding, both of which contrast desirably against the sleek black aluminum accents throughout the exterior facade.
Large panel windows are positioned throughout the exterior of this home in order to maximize the natural light harnessed into the space at different times of day based on the time of highest use for each room. Some of our favourite features include the professional kitchen, rear curtain wall of windows, 11ft ceilings,a walkout basement, an elevator that services all floors of the home, and a wealth of built-in millwork features that offer a high degree of architectural interest throughout the interior of the home.
