Jesse Sahlani’s latest design is a contemporary luxury compound that boasts a refined and timeless limestone exterior, floor to ceiling commercial grade windows, and spans over 7,500 sq/ft. The exterior of the home was designed with its surroundings in mind in order to ensure that it maintains a connection to the wealth of unique natural features on this prestigiously large lot. This effect was achieved through the use of a raised front porch that acts as a courtyard, featuring oversized planters that host semi-mature trees native to the area to create a sense of lushness. This exterior courtyard and garden also acts as a visual break between the two dominating massing’s on either side of it in order to create a natural gravitation towards the front door and grand foyer.
