For Your Next Renovation or New Custom Home

We offer you practical, flexible, and efficient financing solutions to make your desired home renovation or construction project a reality. As your one-stop-shop for architectural design, interior design, and construction we are adept at understanding the risk profile of each project to a further extent than the typical bank of B lender would.

Many projects are able to be funded as a result of equity that has accumulated as a result of market increases and paying down your mortgage. As part of your custom home or renovation project plan our firm will be able to offer financing at competitive rates to ensure the financial feasibility of your project. The best part? A renovation, addition, or new custom home project completed by Sensus Design and Build will add even more value.

When considering a construction project, Sensus Financial bases its approval on a variety of factors including:

  • • Property’s location
  • • Construction costs
  • • Project’s end value
  • • Borrower’s experience and expertise
  • • Exit strategy

As part of the approval process, we require the following documents:

  • • Application and net worth statement of the borrower and guarantors
  • • Builder’s / developer’s resume, which lists construction history, experience and previously-completed projects
  • • Construction budget
  • • Marketability of the completed project
  • • Appraisal
  • • Environmental report (if applicable)
  • • Plans
